Eagle Machinery Celebrated 20 Years Of Innovation

Sugarcreek, OH – Eagle Machinery & Supply Inc., located here, recently held an open house in conjunction with the Ohio Valley Lumber Drying Association and the Great Lakes Kiln Drying Association. The open house was open to customers and prospective customers through invitation. There were roughly 115 people in attendance.

Eagle Machinery celebrated its 20th year of innovation and wood industry partnerships across North America. In 2022, a new 30,000 sq. ft. final assembly and customer training facility was added, bringing the facility to 120,000 sq. ft. under their roof, which is located on 46 acres. Eagle Machinery currently employs over 70 people.

The tour featured a demonstration of a newly built and fully operational high speed scan-crosscut system built for Menzner Hardwoods in Marathon, WI. The system includes one Microtec scanner and three Eagle Talon 5000 crosscut saws.

Also on display was a Hardwood lumber grade scanner, two Crosscut Scanners for Hardwood and softwood applications, a handling system for grading glue-lam beam material, a custom door processing system and two patented award winning Eagle TalonVision saws.
