The Amaterra Winery in Portland, OR, served as the host venue for a recent North American Wholesale Lumber Association (NAWLA) regional meeting.

Networking with industry peers and discussing insights into the lumber market were the goals of the four-hour event. Mike Riddle, CEO of Mike Riddle Construction, a custom home building and remodeling company in McMinnville, OR, gave a presentation that addressed the ever-shifting challenges facing the construction industry.

The next NAWLA regional meeting is scheduled for Oct. 2, in Omaha, NE, at the CHI Health Center Omaha. It will be held in conjunction with the Building Component Manufacturers Conference.
