McNally Is Promoted To Management At Western Forest Products

Vancouver, BC— Anna McNally was recently promoted to Western Red Cedar Manager for Western Forest Products (WFP), with its head office here. McNally has worked for WFP for six years, beginning as a receptionist, then working as Custom Cut Production Coordinator and rising in the ranks through a number of jobs.

WFP produces Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Yellow Cedar and Western Red Cedar. The company manufactures industrial, structural, mill-run and finished products.

McNally grew up in Dublin, Ireland, graduating from high school at The Kings Hospital and earning a bachelor of science degree with honors in science (majoring in psychology) from Dublin City University. She earned her lumber grading ticket from the Canadian Mill Services Association and a certificate in management essentials from the University of British Columbia. Professionally, she is a member of the North American Wholesale Lumber Association. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, skiing, golfing and cooking. She was WFP’s team co-captain in a cycling event to help conquer cancer.
