CNRG Buys H&M Lumber

Natchez, MS–Walter Morris, owner of H&M Lumber in West Helena, AR, has agreed to sell his business to Central Network Retail Group LLC (CNRG), a multi-brand retailer based here.

H&M Lumber, which has a drive-through lumberyard, will be rebranded and operate as part of CNRG’s Home Hardware Center brand. CNRG operates 109 lumberyards, hardware stores and home centers in 15 states.

CNRG recently opened seven stores in California, all in locations formerly operated by Orchard Supply Hardware. It also recently bought Germantown Hardware in Germantown, TN.
