Eugene, OR—Seneca, located here, had a two-person sales management team for decades with Mark Dippel acting as its stud sales manager and Terri Adair acting as its dimension sales manager. Upon Dippel’s recent retirement, Adair was promoted to sales director, overseeing all sales operations, and Aaron Fleming was promoted to senior sales manager.

Adair began her career at Seneca in the summer of 1988. She credits Aaron Jones, the company’s founder, with providing her the foundation and tools she needs to assist customers with sales. Adair serves on the board of the Pacific Lumber Inspection Bureau and has even served a tenure as president. At home, Adair is married and has one daughter. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Fleming came to Seneca in 2014 with 21 years of experience in the industry. His career began in Florence, OR, where he advanced from a yard worker to lumber purchasing. Fleming worked in wholesale lumber purchasing and sales before joining Seneca. With Seneca, his duties have been to supervise sales for Seneca’s mill in Noti, OR, and to sell lumber from Seneca’s flagship Eugene, OR location. Fleming and his wife have two sons. He enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, kayaking, golf and watching college football.

Seneca started as a small sawmill operation founded by Aaron Jones in 1953. Today, owners Becky Jones, Kathy Jones-McCann and Jody Jones continue the legacy of leadership and innovation in the wood products industry, overseeing a family of companies consisting of Seneca Sawmill Company, Seneca Jones Timber Company and Seneca Sustainable Energy.
