The ninth annual International Mass Timber Conference recently attracted more than 3,200 attendees to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR.
This conference is the largest gathering of mass timber experts in the world, focusing on the entire industry supply chain. Attendees can explore cross-laminated timber (CLT), nail-laminated timber, glulam, mass plywood panels, dowel-laminated timber and laminated veneer lumber, as well as opportunities and obstacles in global design, construction, development, manufacturing and more.
The event this year featured more than 60 guest speakers and more than 190 exhibitors.
Guest speakers gave presentations in five focused tracks and multiple general sessions. The five focused tracks covered the following: designs and markets, contractors and construction, supply and supply chain, developer topics led by Urban Land Institute, as well as advanced topics and case studies.
