Todd Hainsworth is the lumber purchasing manager for National Wood Products Inc., located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Cynthia J. Hellems is vice president of general operations at Riverside Millwork Inc., located in Charlotte, NC.
Riverside Millwork is a manufacturer of custom millwork, including doors, windows and mantels. Hellems graduated from Nicholas County High School, located in Summersville, WV, in 1982. She has been with Riverside Millwork for 31 years, 20 of which have been spent in her present position with responsibilities including lumber purchasing.

Hellems has been married to Scott for 39 years and the couple has one daughter, Jessica. The family lives on a 25-acre farm, where they board 15 to 20 horses. Hellems and her daughter raise a special breed of Brahman cattle called Sardo Negro for showing prospects.
