Ed Eisenhooth is supply chain manager for Rutt Quality Cabinetry, LLC, located in New Holland, PA.

Rutt Quality Cabinetry is a manufacturer of custom cabinetry, sold under the brand names of Rutt Classic and Rutt Regency. The company purchases approximately 250,000 board feet yearly of Poplar, Hard and Soft Maple, Cherry, Rift White Oak, Walnut and African Mahogany (all lumber is kiln-dried, FAS, and No. 1 Common; 4/4 and 5/4 lumber is purchased Surfaced and 6/4 to 12/4 lumber is purchased Rough).

Eisenhooth graduated from Dallastown Area High School, located in Dallastown, PA, in 1968 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree in 1972 from York College of Pennsylvania, located in York, PA. He has worked at Rutt Quality Cabinetry for 21 years as supply chain manager, with responsibilities including lumber purchasing, inbound freight, receiving and overseeing the raw material storerooms. Previous positions held within the forest products industry include 17 years at Thonet Industries Inc. where Eisenhooth worked in the quality control and engineering departments, as well as working as production/inventory manager and purchasing manager; 10 years as materials manager for Yerger Brothers Inc.; and four years in the position of lumber buyer for the Darlington, MD, rough mill operated by Conestoga Wood Specialties.

Rutt Quality Cabinetry is a member of the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association.

In his spare time Eisenhooth enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors. He has been married to Marcia for 44 years and the couple has two daughters and two granddaughters.

Fred Borntreger is company-founder and manager at TQMM LLC, which stands for Top Quality Millwork Manufacturing, based in Wausau, WI.

TQMM manufactures solid Hardwood flooring as well as paneling and trim work. The company purchases about 500,000 to 600,000 board feet annually of Red and White Oak, Hickory, Maple, Birch, Walnut, Ash and other species in 4/4.

TQMM is a member of the National Wood Flooring Association and Lake States Lumber Association. The company celebrated its tenth anniversary recently.

Borntreger has worked in the forest products industry since he was 16, when he and his brothers sawed logs with a small circle sawmill for pallet stock and pallets. Then he worked for a sawmill as a board piler, before running a debarker. Next, he was a moulder operator making paneling and flooring. After that, he worked in sales. He then joined up with Todd Hieronimus and Mark Vanderkoy to form TQMM.

Borntreger and his wife, Sierra, have been married for over a year. They enjoy golf, fishing, horseback riding and have two dogs. Borntreger also enjoys hunting.

Steve Jackel is the president of Jackel Enterprises, Inc., located in Watsonville, CA. Jackel Enterprises, Inc. is a manufacturer, sawmill and a distribution yard. They purchase over 400,000 board feet of domestic Hardwood and softwood lumber annually. The species of Hardwood that they handle are Alder, Ash, Birch, Cherry, Maple, Red and White Oak, Poplar, Walnut, Sapele, Teak, Ebony, Jatoba and Mahogany.

Jackel Enterprises produces box beams, sidings, ceiling and wall treatments, mouldings, flooring, live edge slabs, mantels, counter tops and table tops.

Jackel has been the president of Jackel Enterprises for 32 years. He started in the forest products industry 51 years ago sanding and finishing musical instruments.

Jackel earned his high school diploma from Montclair Academy in Montclair, NJ, before going on to receive his BA degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.

Jackel enjoys reading, writing, playing the piano, gardening, cooking, eating, basketball, swimming and boating. He has been married for 52 years to his wife Barbara. He has one child, Noah, who is the vice-president of Jackel Enterprises, and one grandchild.
