In conjunction with the recent Montreal Wood Convention, held at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, the North American Wholesale Lumber Association (NAWLA) hosted a regional meeting.

The afternoon included networking opportunities among lumber industry professionals as well as a panel discussion titled “The Evolution of Prefabricated Housing Construction.”

Panelists included: building industry veteran, Dennis Bott; head of technical and trade policy at Timber Development UK, Nick Boulton; wood construction product and transport specialist, and manager of the wood construction group at the Quebec Wood Export Bureau, Alain Boulet; and founder and CEO of Triumph Group of Companies, Mario Ribeiro.
