Your Building Centers Buys Palmerton Lumber

Altoona, PA— Your Building Centers, headquartered here, has acquired Palmerton Lumber Company, located in Palmerton, PA. The acquisition is the third in four years for YBC.

Since YBC’s official founding in 1989, the firm has been a 100 percent employee owned and operated company. 

Palmerton Lumber was founded in 1995 by Andy Pisulak, who passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 20, 2021. Steven Pisulak, his son, said that YBC is a great fit for Palmerton Lumber and its employees. 
Your Building Centers carries lumber including Southern Yellow Pine and Western SPF.
