An IHLA Board of Director’s meeting kicked off the annual affair followed by a St. Patty’s welcome reception.

The next two days were packed with a variety of informative and educational presentations.

These included:

  • An Opening Session with keynote speaker Dr. Matthew Will, who, noted IHLA Executive Director Ray Moistner, gave “an eye-opening presentation on economics, with a focus on tariffs and trade.”
  • An Outlook from Today’s Hardwood Leaders, presented by representatives from the National Hardwood Lumber Association, the Hardwood Manufacturers Association and the Hardwood Federation.
  • Future Demand for Industrial Wood Products, presented by Mark Barford, National Wooden Pallet & Container Association.
  • Where Do We Go From Here?, presented by Michael Snow, American Hardwood Export Council.
