Six More Facilities in the Works for Menard’s

Eau Claire, WI–Menard’s, a home improvement chain based here, has begun building a new store in Richmond, KY, and a distribution and manufacturing facility in Ravenna, OH. It also plans to open new stores in Louisville, Paducah, and Elizabethtown, KY; and has submitted plans to construct a new home center in Parkersburg, WV.

 Founded in 1958, the family-owned company sells Pine boards, treated wood products, Cedar wood products and dimensional lumber. It owns more than 300 home improvement stores in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
