Marcus Announces New Iowa Location

Marcus, IA-Marcus Lumber recently announced that it plans to open a new location, which is the second move for 100-year-old Marcus Lumber. 

Located in Storm Lake, Iowa, the new store features an attached drive-through lumberyard and a 17,000-square-foot home center. 

In a statement issued by the company, Marcus Lumber said that it “is eager to bring the same strong independent presence we have established in Marcus to Storm Lake.”

The store is expected to undergo a remodel with plans for an opening in late spring of 2021.

Marcus Lumber said in published reports that it plans to hire approximately 10 associates to work at the new store.
