Kodiak Building Partners Buys Idaho Companies

Highlands Ranch, CO–Kodiak Building Partners, based here, has reached agreement to acquire Mandere Construction and Northwest Building Components in Rathdrum, ID, giving it another foothold in component manufacturing and builder services. The acquisition marks Kodiak’s 25th transaction.

The two companies provide wall panels, floor and roof trusses, and framing and installation services for multi-family, single family and commercial construction in the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene metro area, Montana and Washington State. Mandere Construction also works on commercial and agricultural projects.

John Mandere, who will continue as president, has become a substantial investor in Kodiak Building Partners, a building products distributor, supplier and building services provider. With this purchase, the company now operates 81 locations in 16 states.
