Rachael started with the company in 1996 as a telemarketer and later became the production manager for The Softwood Forest Products Buyer and Import/Export Wood Purchasing News. Today, she is the Graphic Artist for National Hardwood Magazine. She has been married for 16 years and has one child. Her pastimes include cooking, reading and volunteer work for her daughter’s school.
